Refer a Friend Promotion - Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:

The "Refer a Friend" promotion is open to current members of Studio Mexicola aged 18 and above.

2. Promotion Period:

The promotion has no specified end date and will continue until further notice.

3. How to Participate:

To participate, current members must refer friends to join Studio Mexicola during the promotion period.

Referred friends must sign up for a monthly membership or 10 class package to qualify.

4. Referral Rewards:

For each referred friend who successfully signs up for a qualifying membership or package, the referring member will receive one free ride. There is no limit to the number of friends a member can refer and receive rewards for.

5. Redemption:

Referral rewards will be redeemed in the form of one free ride and will be issued within one month after the referred friend's successful sign-up. 

 

6. Disqualification:

Studio Mexicola reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates the terms and conditions or engages in fraudulent or abusive behavior.

7. General Conditions:

Referral rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Studio Mexicola is not responsible for any technical issues that may prevent participation or redemption of rewards.

8. Modification or Termination:

Studio Mexicola reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the "Refer a Friend" promotion at any time without prior notice.

9. Personal Data:

By participating, you agree that Studio Mexicola may use your personal data in accordance with its privacy policy.

10. Legal Jurisdiction:

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Basel, Switzerland. Any disputes arising from this promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Basel, Switzerland.

By participating in the "Refer a Friend" promotion, participants acknowledge that they have read and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
