GET READY FOR YOUR FIRST SESSION

Things you need before the session.

PLANNING

Punctuality is key. After the studio doors are shut, riders will not be permitted into class. Plan your leave time and route to the studio ahead of time to avoid delays. Arriving 15-20 mins prior to the session permits us helping you setting up your bike properly and ensure your safety during your workout.​

WHAT TO WEAR

We do recommend wearing form-fitting bottoms (pants, leggings or shorts) that refrain from riding up and a light, breathable top. Also, do not forget your towel, because you will be sweating. Those who own a pair of cycling shoes already: our bikes are SPD compatible. Otherwise, just bring your regular sports shoes. There is a option to take a quick shower after the class to freshen up, but keep in mind: we are not a spa facility.​

HYDRATE AND EAT

Please make sure to drink plenty of water before, during and after your session. A light snack 30 mins before class can give you the extra power.​

HAVE FUN AND LET LOOSE

As coaches, we are trained to help you push yourselves. To reach that extra mile and be proud of your achievements. But we also want you to have fun, so please do not be afraid and just listen to your body.

*upon availability, you can rent a pair of cycling shoes, a towel, and/or a water bottle for a small fee.
