Winter Cycle Promotion - Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:

The "Winter Cycle" promotion is open to current and new members of Studio Mexicola aged 18 and above.

2. Promotion Period:

The promotion has no specified end date and will continue until further notice.

 

3. Refund Policy: 

The "Winter Cycle" promotion is non-refundable. In case of sickness or absence (e.g. holidays) the "Winter Cycle" can not be paused.
 

4. Disqualification:

Studio Mexicola reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates the terms and conditions or engages in fraudulent or abusive behavior.

5. Modification or Termination:

Studio Mexicola reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the "Winter Cycle" promotion at any time without prior notice.

6. Personal Data:

By participating, you agree that Studio Mexicola may use your personal data in accordance with its privacy policy.

7. Legal Jurisdiction:

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Basel, Switzerland. Any disputes arising from this promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Basel, Switzerland.

By participating in the "Winter Cycle" promotion, participants acknowledge that they have read and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
